This is a very elegent geen tea. With the hint of freshly mown grass in the aroma and the flavour of a Japanese Sencha this tea makes an excellent morning brew.

We were first introduced to this brew in the PoshPit on the MONA ferry (and they did it very well too). It took some research to identify “Australian Green Tea” from Art of Tea. This is a favourite after comparing with many from around the world.
