Just imagine the early morning dew gracefully lingering upon Japanese blossoms and coloured autumn leaves. This traditional Japanese green sencha is a smooth blend of uplifting floral fragrances and with a hint of sweetness. Carefully blending high quality sencha leaves with rose petals, sunflowers and mallow petals. it is as aesthetically pleasing as it is relaxing. Refined, elegant and calming.
Also popular is our Japanese Evening Mist

Lovely as an iced green tea.

OUR STORY

From market stall to leading tea retailer

The Art of Tea began in 2000 with twelve varieties, sold from a stall at Hobart's Salamanca Market every Saturday.

Twenty-five years on, we still blend by hand in small batches — right here in Tasmania, now with over 150 teas and herbal blends to explore.

This is my new favourite tea, I can't wait to drink it each day. It's so refreshing and just has that something special extra in it. I bought a small box to try and will need to order more very soon.

I've been buying this amazing blend for a while now and it remains my favourite way to start my day. It's delicate yet full of flavour, no one ingredient dominates, just perfect. And the service from Art of Tea is equally good. Thank you for making my day!

Fabulous tea and super fast delivery just before Christmas, which I really appreciated. Thank you.

My favourite green tea. It is a rich, mellow and satisfying floral blend of green tea, with a deeper colour than Japanese Evening Mist, which has a lighter taste. I just love it!

Japanese Morning Dew is my most favourite tea of all! Such a delicate and sweet aroma with a divinely soothing, dreamy flavour. Highly recommend it - most especially if you're needing to slow down, unwind and relax. I always make sure that it's well stocked in my house <3

I have always loved Japanese Morning Dew and feel quite dismayed when down to the last spoonful. The tea taste is soothing to the soul and the perfume from it is divine.
I tried Salamanca Blend for the first time this order and enjoyed it almost as much as my Japanese Morning Dew. Simply delicious.

My second favourite tea ever, behind the Art of Tea's Japanese Evening Mist and just before their Salamanca Blend.

A great mix of green tea with underlying floral notes that don't overpower the green.

See my main review for all three, under their Japanese Evening Mist.

This is my favourite blend of green tea ever hands down. Lucky gift from my parent's holiday. Unfortunately my last package got eaten by moths, I was pretty devastated as I live in Brisbane but glad when I found you have an online shop. Thank you!
