Sweet, fruity, mild and fresh. A light blend uniquely comprised of Tasmanian-grown raspberries and Tasmanian grown green tea. Jammy berry notes linger candy-like on the tongue while the locally grown pure green tea brings very mild celery or asparagus flavours. If you can’t get to Tasmania for a fresh punnet of raspberries from the market or grow your own Camelia sinensis then this delicate locally grown and blended brew is for you!
Small harvest per year. Seasonal and limited stock. 1kg size not always available.

Alexander –
It’s not great for a single cup, the raspberries take up too much space in a small infuser so I didn’t get a nice mix of tea and berry. Much better in a pot, but the raspberries were a bit too tart for me!
Samantha Brown –
Thanks for the feedback Alexander. Sometimes the berries are a bit chunky so, yes it is best brewed in a pot.
Jill –
Beautifully refreshing and delicious. This is my new favourite green tea and I am so glad to have found it while travelling in Tasmania.
