Organic Tulsi and Rose

Tulsi, otherwise known as Holy Basil or the Queen of the Herbs, has become increasingly popular as a herbal tonic in our culture, and for good reason. A multitude of health benefits have been reported, including being; antidepressant, antiseptic, antibacterial, as well as relieving respiratory ailments and stomach disorders. Not to mention it is said to reduce anxiety and high blood pressure. plus balancee blood sugar levels!

The flavour is light and refreshing, like mild tarragon. Steep for greater than 5 minutes yields a more bitter flavour.

So with all that said we added it into our range of organic herbal tisanes.
