We urge you to make every effort to carefully select products from this website. You are responsible for choosing your products and the Art of Tea will not refund or replace any product that you selected accidentally or incorrectly. We will not refund any product if you change your mind, do not like the product, or if it fails to meet your expectations regarding any symptomatic relief.
The Art of Tea will ship a replacement product if we have incorrectly packaged and/or shipped a product that you did not order or if the products have become damaged beyond use in transit.
Please contact us via email sales@artoftea.com.au or phone Mon-Fri 9:00am- 4:00pm within 7 days of receiving the goods to discuss this process.
No responsibility for replacement will be taken after 7* days of receipt.
*Orders places between 20th December and 20th January have a 21 day return policy
