We pack and dispatch orders within *1-3 working days. Usually same* day if your order is received before 1 pm.
We operate 9am – 4pm *Monday to Friday (closed public holidays) from our warehouse in Kingston, Tasmania (near Hobart).
We mostly shop “same day” if orders are received by 1pm (Monday to Friday). However we suggest you allow 1-3 days for us to pack your order. We do not work weekends or public holidays and are closed over the Christmas – New Year preiod every year.
We only take up to 3 days to despatch your order if we are exceedingly busy or awaiting a tea to arrive within the day.
Express Post is also not guaranteed to be Next Day Service. Please see the Australia Post website for their updates.
Your order will be tracked so check your email for the link.
So please factor in the extra freight kilometers from this (beautiful) island way down south!

Christmas Post cut off dates are updated and sent via newsletter and Socials each year, or refer to the Aust Post website. (We are located in southern Tasmania, postcode 7050)
Not the following approximate christmas shipping cut off dates (they vary a little each year so this is just a guide unless the Update At the top of the page is dated Novemebr of the year you are ordering:
- 12th December for Standard Post to all States and Territories (excluding WA and NT)
- 20th December for Express Post to all States and Territories (excluding WA and NT)
As a general Guide the fllowing are average delviery times from us to you:
Within Tasmania: 1-2 days
Melbourne: 2-4 days
Sydney and Country Victoria: 3-5 days
Brisbane, Adelaide and Country NSW, SA, QLD: 4-10 days
Perth: 6-10 days
Country WA, NT, remote external Territories: 8+ day
International Orders
We only ship within Australia. If you live internationally, please ask an Australian friend or family member to ship to you
Can I send a parcel to a friend?
Yes! Please state “Shipping address” to be different from the billing address in the Check Out. If you want a card to the recipient, please state in the “Comments Box” what you wish for us to write on the small gift card.
