Named after the iconic Salamanca Market in Hobart where The Art of Tea began. A delicate fragrant blend of green and black teas, with rose buds, pineapple, sunflower blossoms, and marigold. As colourful as the Market itself, this tea is a firm favourite with locals and visitors alike.
Best brewed at 80-90oC and drunk as a green tea without milk. Also delightful iced.

Brenda Truong –
very nice fragrant. light taste, good for resting.
Russ –
My third favourite tea ever, closely behind the Art of Tea’s Japanese Evening Mist and just after their Japanese Morning Dew.
A great mix of green tea with underlying floral notes that remains strongly green in flavour.
See my main review for all three, under their Japanese Evening Mist.
Ailie –
Absolutely delcious. I had it for the first time at a high tea and have been addicted. Even though I am far away in Darwin I always make sure to have some on hand.
Light and soothing with hints of sweetness.

Cathy –
I love this tea when I’m not drinking Japanese evening mist ( which is not to often). Just delicious
Samantha Brown –
Thanks Cathy, we all agree at the Art of Tea, it is delicious, and it is equally as popular as Japanese Evening Mist 🙂
Julie Martin –
I have been buying Salamanca blend tea for years and I love it. The flavours are just lovely no strong after taste. It has always been my favourite.
